My brother Sicarii back in September 2007 wrote a post entitled, Paul, The Hypocrite? here, at that time he promised a post on the Sabbath, after he had time to do some intensive study and sort his thoughts out.  While visiting a blog that I am faithful to, WORD AND VERSE, he had posted, A Short Note On My Study On The Sabbath.  I replied to a comment:

Please let me interject: Moses had NO LAWS. The laws were given BY GOD to Moses to give to the people. WHY? Look at Exodus 20:18-19 because they did not want to hear from GOD.

And the People of today are the very same as the people of yesterday (seeing as we are all a part of the same family)

21And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.

I ask all of you what do these scriptures mean?
Isaiah 56, Ezekiel 20:11-13

Sounds like God is talking about today’s society.

Can you see that these scriptures are FUTURE?

This subject is one of the many issues addressed in God’s Word that will get “Christens” (I am not misspelling) in an uproar and set their minds to attack mode, real fast.  If you doubt my statement please take the time to check the comment responses of the aforementioned post, here.

 

After I responded, in favor of observing the Sabbath, as the LORD our God has commanded us to, the spirit of deception and lies sent a few of Sicarii’s visitors into “attack mode”. 

 

I listed scriptures—which not one of them addressed, and I am very doubtful that they even read them.  After I posted a response to the above commenter, the Enemy sounded the alarm and the call went out:  RELEASE THE HOUNDS (Pit Bulls), and you can see for yourself who jumped to answer the call, here, here, and here .

  

That’s right some “Christens” straight out of modern day “Christendom”.  I was called a heretic , a Judaizer, and anathema, ignorant, deluded, and un-teachable.  However, the person that called me deluded, has made his own idols in his mind that say:  “And the idea of Sabbath observance by believers, or attendance of the synagogue, or any other carryover of the Law of Moses, ought to be discarded in all its entirety.”

 

And said this:  “Scriptures has put it clearly: the Old Covenant is obsolete, redundant, unfashionable, outdated, of non-effect any longer:”

Hold up, just a minute, my Bible says God has no shadow of turning, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and for ever. And it also says, God’s word will do that which it was sent to accomplish, and will not return void.  What book are they reading??

He referenced Hebrews 7:18-19—which, BTW speaks of the law of animal sacrifice/sin offering, not the one or the ten commandments. 

Let’s venture past the aforementioned post.  Whenever the truth of God’s Word is revealed Satan sounds the alarm, along with the call to “release the hounds”. 

Case in point, how do you feel when I say that there is no place in God’s word that says when you die you go to heaven, or hell?  Yet that is the popular belief.   What if I say that you can not eat any and everything, “as long as you pray over it”?  Or, that only seven, eight, or nine of the commandments are all that we need obey, or that the “church” will not be raptured to heaven before the great tribulation, or men must be circumcised in the flesh to become partakers in the Passover?

All of the above stated “popular beliefs” did not come from the Word of God, but from the doctrines of men.  Christendom is so very quick to herald the proclamations of “learned men” and to pick and choose in regards to what “Thus saith the LORD”.  Can anyone tell me why are we so quick to reject the will of God?  Whenever the Sabbath (or circumcision) is mentioned, “Christendom” calls it a “work”, yet the other nine commandments are not ”work(s)”.  Why?  Another pat answer from “Christendom” is “..do not place that yoke on me.  Obedience to the Word of God is a yoke?  Why?

It seems amazing, however, it is just plain and simple rebellion.  The time is drawing short and my advice to all mankind is, “Get to know the Lord for yourself—READ and HEED the Word of God.”

Just as Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and for ever, the Enemy, that great counterfeiting Deceiver, is also   Yesterday he persuaded Eve to believe that the Lord is a liar, today he persuades mankind to believe a lie—that the Lord is a liar, however, in Satan’s forever he will truly be exposed as the liar that he is and always has been. 

My question is this,  “Whose camp do you want to spend your eternity in, the Lord’s Kingdom or the Devil’s lake of fire?”

Here is a statement that I find has a great wealth of truth:  “If you want to hide the truth, put it in a book.”
